The A3P125-VQG100 is part of Microsemi Corporation's ProASIC3 Flash Family FPGAs, which are known for their high capacity and reprogrammable flash technology. This device has a system gate range of 15k to 1M, as well as up to 144 bits of True Dual-Port SRAM and up to 300 User I/Os, allowing for substantial design flexibility in a wide range of applications. The A3P125-VQG100 uses a 130-nm, 7-layer Metal (6 Copper), Flash-Based CMOS process to ensure a robust performance with a system performance of up to 350 MHz and support for 3.3V, 66MHz 64-bit PCI operations. It also supports Instant On Level 0 and retains the programmed design when turned off, making it a dependable option for applications that require continuous performance without the use of external configuration devices. In terms of power efficiency, the A3P125-VQG100 supports low core voltages for 1.5V-Only Systems and has low-impedance flash switches to maximize energy utilization.
